Appointment Policy
At Dr. Addison Aesthetics, we strive to provide every client with the full experience and care they deserve. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time and impact the quality of your results. While we will do our best to accommodate you, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure fairness to all patients and respect our providers’ schedules.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
At Dr. Addison Aesthetics, we value both your time and the dedication of our providers. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain efficient scheduling, we have a 48-hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy in place.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if a client does not show up, the following fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file:
When do we collect information?
💉 Injection / Medical Appointments
- 15 minutes: $50
- 30–59 minutes: $100
- 60+ minutes: $150
✨ Skin Health Appointments
- Skin Consultation: $50
- Any Skin Health Service: $50
If a client late cancels or no-shows three times, they will be required to prepay in full for all future appointments. Please note that prepaid amounts are nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. However, if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will be fully credited toward future services at Dr. Addison Aesthetics.
We understand life happens, but last-minute cancellations leave gaps we cannot always fill—especially as our providers are often booked weeks in advance and we have patients waiting for openings. Your understanding and cooperation help us continue to provide the highest level of care to you and others.

Refund Policy
At Dr. Addison Aesthetics, our goal is to deliver exceptional care and results tailored to each individual. Due to the individualized and customized nature of our treatments and services, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering the highest standard of care and results.

💉 Services:
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person, and while our providers strive to achieve your desired results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for the cost of any additional treatments required to attain their aesthetic goals.
🧴 Retail Products:
We do not offer refunds on any skincare or retail products. However, defective products may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
🎁 Gift Certificates:
All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
Children Policy
At Dr. Addison Aesthetics, we absolutely adore children—but to ensure a safe and serene environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This helps protect your little ones and allows all clients to enjoy a relaxing, uninterrupted experience.

Pet Policy
At Dr. Addison Aesthetics, we love animals—but for the health, safety, and comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home during your visit.
Only certified service animals are permitted in our facility. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to make arrangements before your appointment can proceed.
